At the Solemn Mass, Sundays at 11 A.M. unless otherwise noted.
The minor propers at Solemn Mass on Sundays and Major Feasts are from the Graduale Romanum and sung in Latin to the traditional Gregorian chants. At Sung Mass on summer Sundays and on certain Feasts during the year, the minor propers are adapted from The English Gradual and sung in English. The Latin phrase following the title of each Sunday or Feast is the incipit (first word or words) of the introit traditionally appointed to be sung on that day. Holy Days were often known by and referred to in this way.
